ACC Approvals

During storm recovery, homeowners do not need to wait for approval for the following repairs and materials. All of the roofing materials listed below must be a minimum of a 30-year rated shingle and must be either a Raised Profile or a High Definition Shingle. A 5-tab or a 3-tab roof will not be approved for any reason. Even though you do not need to wait for approval, an ACC form should still be submitted.

Roofing

The following is a list of approved shingles and colors.

Fencing

Fences need to be replaced where the previously existing fence was located with 6″ cedar pickets and 3 support beams.  A rot board may be used. The ONLY approvable stain is SW 3504. 

The expectation is that an application will still need to be submitted. By following these guidelines, you will not need to wait for approval.
