The course covers governing documents, corporate structure, board and member obligations, and much more.

Since we are an older community, how we maintain our individual property is very important.
The Deed Restrictions are an important document, but there are other governing documents one must know to preserve property values and enhance the quality of life. This class provides the information on how the governing documents work together to achieve the desired results.
