Will Violations I received from the previous management company be removed?
This is a good question. Violations are attached to the property and are still ineffect. A new inspection will be performed and if your violation is alreayd at a Texas Property Code 209 Letter status (Certificed Notice) it will still be. If you violation is at legal then it will still be at legal. Contact your Area Director or any fo the At-Large board members if you have questions or contact the managment company.
Do I need to recreate my account on the portal?
Unfortunetly you do. The software being used is the same as the previous management comany but the accounts and passwords are not trnasfered over.
Will I need to redo my fingerprint or phone card?
No, you will not need to have your fingerprint or phone card redone. We manage the biometric system external to the management company. If you would like a phone card, in addition to your fingerprint, please schedule an appointment – Bookings Page
