MNW Aqua-facility Grand Opening Plans

Proposed date: Saturday, September 21
Proposed time: 10 a.m. — 11-ish a.m.

The Committee is planning an event with all ages in mind. It is our hope to involve as many MNW and/or Community organizations/clubs, including Ladybugs, Tennis, MNW Marlins, MNW Grillers, etc., as our new recreation center is for EVERYONE in MNW. 

We want to start the event with a bike parade at 10 a.m., just like the 4th of July bike parade of years’ past. Children will decorate bikes at home, prior to the parade. Wagons, tricycles, scooters, etc,  can also be decorated. The parade will begin at Doerre and be led by a Volunteer Fire Department fire truck. It will continue down Theiss Mail Rt to the Community Center. 

We will hold the ceremony soon after the bike parade ends.
