It is with great sadness to inform our community concerning the passing of Stan Thurber.
Stan has been a strong supporter of the MNW community for many years. The MNW HOA Board was a better organization because of Stan’s participation and leadership. Stan will be missed.

The November Board Meeting is scheduled for November 4th. This meeting is important for the board and community. We review the budget and will set the assessment rate for 2026. We should be starting promply at 7:30.
I was happy to have called Stan my friend. I will miss working with him.
