Membership Meeting and HOA Board Meeting

September 6, 2022 at 7PM will be the Memorial Northwest Membership meeting. At this membership meeting we will have nominations for board members. This meeting should end by 7:25pm. At 7:30pm the HOA Board Meeting is scheduled to start. This meeting is important to all homeowners. We will be introducing the new Property Manager from First Residential. This event is not intended to be a Meet the Manager event, that will be coming in the near future.

We are so very excited about the new management company we have selected. I have spent considerable time with them and this is going to be a very good partnership. The team working with us is bright, knowable and ready to roll up their sleeves and get going. Their systems are good and they are busy getting data loaded part of the transition. You should see an eblast from them soon with contact info and links to the management portal. As soon as I have them they will be added to the web site.

Pool Schedule Update

Well the summer pool season has wrapped up and today the kids went back to school. The family pool schedule now changes to weekends only and Labor day.

We hope you have had an opportunity to visit the pool and enjoy it. I am sure there will be some really hot days remaining this year. We hope to see you there on a weekend or labor day.

We will send another note when the family pool closes for the year.

Nomination Committee Volunteers Needed

Calling for Nomination Committee volunteers to support the 2023 Term Nomination process to elect the following positions: 3rd Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Directors for Area 1, Area 3, Area 5 and Area 7.

Nomination Committee Formation on September 6, 2022 serve through October 4.
