UPDATE – 10/26/2025 – The tree was removed on Saturday 10/25. There is damage to the play structure which will be evaluated in the coming week.
We are aware of the downed tree at the playground and are actively working to have it addressed. For everyone’s safety please do not attempt to use the playground or climb on the downed tree.

The November Board Meeting is scheduled for November 4th. This meeting is important for the board and community. We review the budget and will set the assessment rate for 2026. We should be starting promply at 7:30.
