Waivers for General Access to Community Center

You do NOT need to redo your prints due to the switch in management companies.

All memebers must sign the Memorial Northwest Waivers to get access to the Comunity Center, Gym, Racquet Club, and Pool.

You can complete the waivers online or schedule an appointment to sign them in the office.
