The 2022 Board Member Election ballot has been set and will be mailed out around September 11. The election period will be open from Monday, September 20 through Monday, October 4 at 2 p.m.
A copy of the ballot will be made available on https:// mnwhoa.org/2022-board-member-elections when voting opens. Voting methods will include mail-in, drop off at the community center in the collection box (during business hours) and via email with an image of your ballot sent to vote@mnwhoa.org. Any votes cast before or after the published voting period will not be accepted. Also remember any ballots not signed, no name, no address or otherwise incomplete can not be accepted. There is also only 1 vote per address.
In this election the President, 1st Vice President, Secretary, 2nd Vice President, Area 2 Director, Area 4 Director and Area 5 Director are up for elections.
As the time of this writing the contested positions are unknown. Please check the web site for up to date information. If there are no contested positions a vote by the membership will not be necessary.
Nominations are open for the 2022 Memorial Northwest Board of Directors. Board positions open for nominations are President, 1st Vice President, Secretary, 2nd Vice President, Area 2 Director, Area 4 Director and Area 6 Director. If you are interested in serving on the MNW HOA Board of Directors please contact the nomination chairperson by emailing the Nomination Committee Chairperson with your nomination.

It is that time of year were volunteers from the board and three homeowners are needed to form a nomination committee for the 2022 election. This years nomination committee will be collecting nominations for the following positions.

If you are using a container for recycling that is not labeled for recycling it can very easily get picked up as trash or maybe even missed for pickup. Texas Pride has provided a stack of stickers you can place on your recycling bin(s). They are at the Community Center on the table in the foyer to the right. Please take only what you need. If you don’t find them please let Kristen know.

Camp Sessions, Afternoon Junior Classes, and Junior Tournament Practice for ALL Junior Tennis Levels are weekly, Monday to Thursday for Eleven Weeks. Limited Spots! (There will be Adult Classes & Social Mixers, too!) The Summer Sessions are:
