Thanks for the reminder! We have had covid in our house also & health problems with my 75 year old mom. I do not recall getting the statement. Can you email it to me? or call cell 713-885-5376 or office 281-444-0307? I would like to pay online & need directions / account info to do so before 31st.

Statements were mailed in November. You can access them online at https://portal.scsmgmt.com/

If you don’t have an account on the portal there is a sign up button on the form. You may need account information to get registered. If you don’t have it then call the number for SCS at the number above and they can get you added.

I have not been able to get in contact with SCS Management for over a month. They do not answer any phone calls or adequately reply to messages. Don’t worry though, they still found time to add some additional fees to my bill which I can’t contest because they don’t answer any phone calls… Oh and I can’t pay my HOA Assessment without paying the fees they stuck on there.

You are able to select the amount you want to pay. You will be prompted with the amount you want to pay.

I have called them and received a message about high volume on the first call and answered on ring 2 the second time.

I have had the opportunity to call on Mr. Jackson twice. Both times Mr. Jackson was prompt and extremely helpful.
