The November Board Meeting is scheduled for November 4th. This meeting is important for the board and community. We review the budget and will set the assessment rate for 2026. We should be starting promply at 7:30.
UPDATE - 10/26/2025 - The tree was removed on Saturday 10/25. There is damage to the play structure which will be evaluated in the coming week. We are aware of the downed tree at the playground and are actively working to have it addressed. For everyone’s safety...
One topic I’d like to ask is, now that we are planning to invest and create a much better pool area, why don’t we extend the pool season?, we’re going to invest $4.5 millions on something that we can only use for about 60 days per year?
We must find the way to be able to use those installations for more time, so we can, as you mentioned, have more opportunities to create a develop our community. I understand the problem are the lifeguards, but there should be something we could do about it.
David, this is not on the agenda for Tuesday night however your question was addressed in the proposal and the pool will be open for adult swim nearly year round and I believe the splash pad will be usable as long as it is not frozen.
