Temporary Biometric Scanning Management

To streamline getting credentials set up for this please download and fill out the access request form here. If you can please scan and email the form to info@mnwhoa.org. If you haven’t created an account with Inframark’s Engage site please contact Carmen Reyes to complete this step first. Once we have the form we will contact you to schedule a date/time to come in and get fingerprinted for access.

If you want to do this all manually please contact us at info@mnwhoa.org to schedule a date and time to come in.

Does Engage app replace TownSquare app? Are we to register on both apps?

I have already been fingerprinted. Do we need to be fingerprinted again per infamark request

We have completed the installation of the new readers at the clubhouse front door and gym. Existing fingerprints are working and users with the app installed on their phones are working. This weekend we should have the pool and tennis area completed. Watch for updates...
