RRRTX has requested me to pass along some pointers about your trash service bills.
- Invoices dated Oct are being mailed out this week
- E-Invoices dated Oct will be e-mailed out starting tonight (this may take a couple of days for all to go out) these will come from: billing@rrrtx.net – please set it up in your address book so it will not go to Spam or Junk mail
- Invoice is for Nov – Dec – Jan service months
- If you do not receive your invoice by the middle of next week please contact us
- Invoice total due is $66.54 (includes sales tax of $5.07)
- Please pay the sales tax amount – many residents do not pay this amount and unfortunately the State of Texas wants their money.
- Rate change of $2.10 took affect with this invoice (the rate changed in October – but we gave the residents one extra month at the old rate)
- Mailing Address to send checks: RRRTx – P.O. Box 1969 – Tomball, TX 77377
- Invoices are due October 16, 2018

There are a significant number of MNW homeowners who have not paid their latest RRRTX trash and recycle collection bill. This bill covers August, September and October.
As a result, on 6 September 2018, RRRTX will tag a trash can or other receptacle utilized by a delinquent customer with an announcement that service will be suspended beginning on 10 September. Thus, if you have not paid your latest bill, PLEASE pay this bill NOW!!! Your help in keeping MNW from looking trashy will be appreciated by your neighbors!!!
Incidentally, if you are one of those few folks who have never set-up your RRRTX account, there is a link (it looks a bit like a trash can) on the MNW HOA website to open your account.
