   I understand that there are ongoing complaints submitted by my neighbors regarding the pickle ball courts that lie behind all of our homes. In conjunction with those complaints I add my endorsement and individual request for more appropriate use of the facilities that presently constitute a nuisance under Texas law. The common resources used to support this narrowly focused activity require better management to avoid waste and harm to the residents unfortunate enough to be stuck with the problem they do not benefit from. This is not unlike the selective enforcement of deed restrictions that is commonplace. Do not drop it from consideration during holiday meetings.

     We are having discussions regarding what to do, but there are many factors involved. This is a hot item that has been discussed at several recent meetings. Please know that it is being discussed.
